What items are eligible for return and exchanges?
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to accept your return within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will provide you with a full refund of the item’s purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund, your returned item must be received at TSC within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging, with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received it.
Certain items may be subject to additional restrictions on return/exchange as noted on the tag, packing slip, or posted online. Items received by us that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable return period will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.

New! We have updated our Return Policy. “Clearance Price Final Sale” items are now final sale and will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
Health and Beauty and other consumable products can be returned within 30 days of receiving them only after reasonable trial of the product. For example, empty jars or bottles will not be accepted as a returned item.
Intimate items of a personal nature are final sale. Once you receive this product it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fashion and Jewellery items may be tried on for size and fit only, and must not otherwise be worn. We do not accept returns if the item was initially shipped with a “Do Not Remove” tag and the tag has been removed.
Music, Movie & Software returns are processed for unopened products only! You may have inputted certain personal information in items purchased from TSC such as computers, laptops, tablets and other technology products. Ensure that you have removed any personal information from an item before returning it to TSC. This may require you to complete a master reset or remove any passcodes or account locks from the device. TSC disclaims any and all liability for any items that are returned containing personal information.

All “Clearance Price Final Sale” items and “Last Chance Price Final Sale” items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any items sold as “Clearance Price Final Sale” or “Last Chance Price Final Sale”. These items will be clearly noted as such on your Order Summary.

Refunds
Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your package is received at TRYNOL for us to process your refund. Typically, your refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase, however, in some cases, your refund may be processed in the form of a cheque. You can check the status of your return account at TRYNOL.COM/MyAccount.
How will my refund be processed?
Refund processing will depend on your particular scenario and may be processed in one of the below ways:
- Regular return – If order was paid in full, a refund will be processed less any applicable charges / credits applied to the order.
- Return of single item orders on EASYPAY® installments – If order was paid in EASYPAY® installments, refund will be processed for paid installments less any applicable charges / credits applied. Future EASYPAY® installments for the item will also be cancelled.
- Partial return on same order – Refund for partial return made for order paid in EASYPAY® installments will be applied towards the remaining balance owing for the additional items on the order and credit will be based on amount paid (less any applicable charges / credits). If refund exceeds the balance owing, the remaining amount will be credited to your method of payment.
- Price Adjustment – If your order was paid in full, the credit will be refunded to your method of payment. For orders on EASYPAY® installments, the credit will be applied towards the balance owing.
- Full refund on trace issues or missing items – We are sorry if your package was not successfully delivered as indicated by the tracking details. Refund of the item(s) will be processed.
- Balance owing on account – If there is any outstanding payment on your account, applicable refund will be applied towards the balance owing.
